Who we are
Fight Night is run by CUE Presents Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16272647. Our registered office is Kingshill House, Stow Hill, Newport, Wales, NP20 4EA.
CUE Presents Ltd is the controller of the personal information described on this page, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. For anything to do with your information, email fightnightuk@outlook.com.
What we collect
When you sign up for tickets
Your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, the city you are interested in and, if you tell us, your university.
When you apply to fight
Your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, city, university and year of entry, any sports teams or societies, your height and weight, your boxing experience, your Instagram handle, and your chosen ring name and ring walk song.
We also ask whether you have had any medical conditions or injuries in the last two years. This is information about your health, which the law treats as especially sensitive. We ask it for one reason: to judge whether it is safe for you to take part. We only use it with your explicit agreement, which you give on the application form.
When you buy a ticket
Tickets are sold by Skiddle, not by us. See the Tickets and Skiddle section below for what we receive.
When you visit this website
If you arrive from an advert or a link, we record which one, so we know which of our marketing is working. If you accept cookies, Meta and TikTok also receive information about your visit. See the Cookies section below.
How we use it, and why we are allowed to
| What we do | Our legal basis |
|---|---|
| Confirm your sign-up or application, and text and email you when tickets for your city go on sale | Legitimate interests: you asked us to, and it is what the sign-up is for |
| Assess fighter applications, match fighters, and contact applicants about selection, training and the event | Legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request before taking part |
| Use your answer about medical conditions or injuries to decide whether it is safe for you to fight | Your explicit consent |
| Send you marketing by email or text about future events and tickets | Your consent, given separately for email and for text |
| Contact ticket holders with information about the event they bought for | Legitimate interests |
| Measure which adverts and links lead to sign-ups and ticket sales | Legitimate interests, and your consent where cookies are involved |
| Keep records of ticket sales for our accounts | Legal obligation |
Marketing by email and text
We only send marketing if you have opted in. On our forms, email and text each have their own tick box, and neither is ticked for you. You can agree to one, both or neither.
You can change your mind at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Every marketing text includes a link to opt out. You can also email us at fightnightuk@outlook.com and we will remove you.
Some messages are not marketing. If you sign up for tickets, we will text and email you when they go on sale, because that is what you signed up for. If you apply to fight, we will contact you about your application. You can stop these too, using the link in any of our emails or by emailing us.
Tickets and Skiddle
Tickets for our events are sold through Skiddle. When you buy, you are dealing with Skiddle: they take your payment and handle your card details, under their own privacy policy, which you can read at skiddle.com. We never see or store your card details.
Skiddle shares each order with us as the event organiser. We receive your name, email address, mobile number, the tickets you bought, what you paid for them and when. We use this to:
- run the event, for example to manage entry and contact you about the event you have tickets for
- understand which of our adverts and links led to ticket sales
- keep accounting records
We only send marketing to ticket buyers who have opted in to hear from us.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with companies that help us run Fight Night, and only as far as they need it:
- Skiddle, which sells our tickets
- Vercel, which hosts this website
- Fillout, which provides our sign-up and application forms
- Voodoo SMS (Commify UK Ltd), which delivers our text messages
- Our email delivery provider, which delivers our emails
- Meta and TikTok, if you accept cookies, as described above
Medical checks on the night of an event are carried out by an independent medical company. They keep their own records of those checks and are responsible for them. We do not hold them.
We may also share information where the law requires us to.
Where your information is held
Some of the companies above are based outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where your information is transferred abroad, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or approved contract terms.
How long we keep it
- Your contact details and sign-ups: for as long as you remain on our list. We remove you when you unsubscribe or ask us to. We review our list every three years and remove anyone who has not signed up, bought a ticket or engaged with us in that time.
- Your answer about medical conditions or injuries: deleted 12 months after you apply. The rest of your application is kept with your contact details, as above.
- Records of ticket purchases: six years, as required for accounting.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use
- withdraw any consent you have given, at any time
- ask for your information in a form you can take elsewhere
To use any of these, email fightnightuk@outlook.com. We will reply within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Age
Fight Night is for adults. You must be 18 or over to apply to fight, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. Fighter selection and matching are decided by people.
Changes to this page
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
